Aggie Radio hosted their annual event ‘Big Agg
Show’ last Saturday night. Students and spectators stopped to listen in on the
music. It’s no secret that Utah has been known to uncover amazing bands of its
own, like, Neon Trees, Imagine Dragons and The Used. But that night, USU
students were in the spotlight!
Who wouldn't love a full night of socializing, musical talent, and an all around good time. Does it get any better? The people at Aggie Radio know their stuff; they provided some of the best talent all over town.
The night started off with September Say Goodbye,
an alternative rock band. Students snuck in through the back to listen in. The
band awoke the crowd and the night started off. Next on the list was a student
whose mustache would make people cry and laugh all at the same time. Colonel
Mustache wooed the crowd with his acoustic melodies filled with love, life and
unibrows. Heading back into the auditorium was Bronze Museum. Atmospheric and
rich with power, the crowd couldn’t contain itself. Hundreds filled the seats
and were sucked in. Bringing us down from the excitement, Taylor Wilson from Little Barefoot soothed our hearts with each strum of
his electric guitar.
All in all, the night was nothing less of amazing. The best part is, that this isn’t the only show Aggie Radio is putting on; there will be more throughout the year! There’s also going to be Utah State’s first ever Hip Hop show coming up in few weeks. So mark your calendars and get ready for more!
